Judo Kata Instruction on "Nage No Kata" Pronounced "Form of Throws" in English
Notice that in Judo the kata is done with two people like karate bunkai.
These are a lot of the same throws we use to finish counter attacks in Karate and Jujutsu.

Today many people are practicing "Mixed Martial Arts". The word "Seito" in
"Seito Shito Ryu" means traditional, pure or original and the original karate
that came to Okinawa from Southern China included not only striking, kicking but
also has hidden grappling techniques that included joint locking and throwing
techniques. What people are calling Brazilian Jujitsu today really goes
back to the very roots of Japanese Judo and Jujutsu. But these same
techniques have been practiced in China and Okinawa for hundreds of years.
Seito Shito Ryu is a full martial arts style that can be traced back to the
White Crane Kung Fu style practiced in Southern China and incorporates all of
the old original "mixed" fighting arts.
